Mint sauce
Simple but elegant. Serve with English Peas, and your favorite baked entrée.
2 tsp. sugar stirred into 1 Tablespoon boiling water to dissolve.
2 C. Mint Leaves – chopped finely
1/3 C. Apple cider Vinegar
Mix all ingredients. Will hold in refrigerator for hours before serving.
