Apple Cider Vinegar
Honey
Cayenne Pepper

1. Combine first four ingredients in a wide-mouthed glass quart jar and add enough warmed vinegar to cover them. Place in warm spot and let sit for 3-4 weeks. Add honey and cayenne to taste. The finished product should taste lively, hot, pungent. and sweet.
