Salsa
This is so simple to make that you’ll never purchase it again. The best Salsa is served fresh, but you can process it in jars to enjoy during the winter. Just omit the herbs and add them when you are ready to serve.
4 – 6 Roma Tomatoes, chopped
1 med. Onion, chopped
½ C. Fresh Cilantro, chopped
3 Cloves Garlic, minced
1 Tablespoon fresh squeezed lime juice
Salt and Pepper to taste.
Cover and chill for one hour. If you prefer more zippy salsa, add ½ to 1 minced jalapeno pepper.
